You can book tickets for any of our shows by visiting our events page.
To request a refund, please contact your ticket provider directly. The venue does not handle refunds.

We recommend bringing some form of ID to any event. If you look under 25, you will be asked for ID at the bar.

Yes, there is free parking at the back of our venue, just off Albion Row (opposite 2 by 2 Tap Room).
We do not allow professional cameras, video cameras, or tape recorders in the venue unless it has been explicitly approved prior to the show.

Yes, we welcome dogs in our main bar. However, during loud live music events, you may be asked to take your dog home for their comfort.
No under-18s are allowed after 9pm. For gigs, please check the age restrictions on our website. Most gigs are 14+ accompanied by an adult.
Yes, our main bar and venue are accessible via the back entrance (details available on the Contact page). We also have an accessible toilet on this floor. However, please note that our upstairs cocktail bar is currently not accessible.
We offer platform tickets for events. These can be booked via our website.
Yes, we have a limited number of PA tickets available. Please email info@thegrovenewcastle.co.uk when booking your ticket to arrange this.
